Political Eunichs & Technical (In)Competence

Dear Readers,
When it comes to certain professional fields we all expect a high level of competence. Fields included in this arena are Professional Engineers, Scientists, Accounts of all types, Physcians, Attornies, & etc. Some are highly paid others receive compemsation and the trust as the guardians of the public assets.

Now and then we are sadly disappointed by these guardians of the public trust. Such is the case now with the technical travesity we have with the current City budget. Apparent the Administration does not realize that the suumary is to equal the detail pages.
